- 1 cup grated cucumber
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions

- Pound the chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thick and marinate in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
