Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cups chocolate chips
- 28 Oreo cookies

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F (180C) and prepare a greased 9×13 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
- Make the cookie base by creaming together softened butter and sugars; mix in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour and fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the cookie mixture into the prepared pan and layer with Oreo cookies.
- Prepare brownie batter by melting dark chocolate with butter; mix in sugars and eggs before folding in flour and cocoa powder.
- Pour brownie batter over Oreos and bake for about 50 minutes until mostly clean when tested with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
