Ingredients
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- ½ stalk celery, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 3–4 tbsp mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Sliced bread (your choice)
- Butter, softened
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine drained tuna, chopped onion, celery, parsley, and minced garlic.
- Mix in mayonnaise and mozzarella cheese until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Butter one side of a slice of bread and place it butter-side down in the skillet.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the tuna mixture onto the bread and top with another slice of buttered bread (butter-side up).
