  • 15 ounces canned black beans (drained)
  • 8 ounces canned corn (drained)

  • 2 cups shredded Fiesta blend cheese
  • 16 ounces Catalina dressing
  • 9 ounces Nacho Cheese Doritos (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini in boiling water until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef; drain excess grease and stir in taco seasoning with water.
