Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs baby creamer potatoes (halved)
- 1 1/2 lbs beef smoked sausage (sliced)
- 1 large yellow onion (diced)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 Tbsp butter (cubed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil and seasonings until well coated.
- Add smoked sausage, diced onion, and green bell pepper to the bowl; mix gently.
- Transfer mixture to the greased baking dish and dot with cubed butter.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
