Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (4–5 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Zest and juice of 2 large oranges
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine orange zest and juice, olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, honey, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
