- 2–3 cups powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons whipping cream (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In one bowl, mix flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, brown sugar, and eggs until combined. Stir in vanilla extract and pumpkin puree.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
