  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt ¾ tablespoon of butter and sauté the chopped green bell pepper and onion until softened (3-4 minutes). Remove from pan.
  2. In the same skillet, add another ¾ tablespoon of butter and cook the rib-eye steak seasoned with salt and pepper until browned (3-4 minutes).
  3. Combine the sautéed vegetables back with the steak in the skillet.
  4. Assemble egg rolls by placing half a slice of provolone cheese and 2-3 tablespoons of the filling mixture on each wrapper. Fold and seal securely.
