  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan (do not preheat oven).
  2. In a large bowl, cream shortening, butter, cream cheese, and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the creamed mixture along with vanilla extract.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and place in a cold oven. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Prepare the glaze by mixing sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake.
