Ingredients

- 1–2 tablespoons light agave nectar

- 2 cups peaches (sliced)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- Melted vegan butter and organic cane sugar for topping
Instructions
- Thaw the puff pastry at room temperature for 30-40 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese with agave nectar and vanilla until smooth.
