- 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (minced)
