  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, divided
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • zest of 1 orange, optional

Instructions

  1. Dissolve orange jello in boiling water and let it cool.
  2. Prepare a springform pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt; press into the pan.

  5. Whip heavy cream with remaining powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture, then mix in cooled jello.
