  • 16 string cheese (cut in half crosswise)
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions
