  • 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll croissant dough into triangles.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded mozzarella and halved pepperoni.
  4. Melt butter and stir in garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
  5. Brush the butter mixture over each triangle, add cheese and pepperoni filling at the wide end, then roll up from wide to point.
  6. Place on the prepared baking sheet, brush with remaining butter mixture, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
