Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- For the shortbread crust, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat until melted. Mix with flour and powdered sugar; press into the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
