- 12-count King's Hawaiian Rolls

- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk (room temperature)
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup white cheddar cheese (shredded)
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour for about 1 minute.
- Gradually add milk while whisking until thickened. Stir in seasonings and cheeses until smooth.
- Slice the rolls horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Layer turkey slices, tomatoes, and crumbled bacon on the rolls.
