  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic (grated)

Instructions

  2. Halve the Brussels sprouts and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with avocado oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Arrange the sprouts cut side down on the baking sheet and roast for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, and grated garlic. Whisk together and simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
