  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth or water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until soft (3-4 minutes).
  4. Layer the ground beef mixture in the baking dish, followed by thinly sliced potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Top with cheddar and Parmesan cheese; pour beef broth around edges.
