  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 45 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup beef broth or water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add ground beef and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat, then add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
