Ingredients
- 3.5 ounces chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1.5 tablespoons coconut oil
- 4.5 cups Chex Mix cereal
- 2/3 cup chocolate or vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, add Chex cereal and pour the melted chocolate mixture over it. Gently mix using a rubber spatula until evenly coated.
