Description

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Fettuccine
  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Juice and zest of ¼ Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a frying pan over medium heat, add cooking oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
  3. Add butter to the pan; once melted, stir in shrimp. Cook until shrimp are opaque and slightly pink (approximately 4-6 minutes).
  4. Mix in lemon juice, lemon zest, parmesan cheese, sea salt, and black pepper into the shrimp mixture until well combined.
  5. Add cooked fettuccine to the shrimp mixture, stirring well to coat.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
