  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steak with kosher salt. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for about four minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Let it rest before slicing thinly against the grain.
  2. For the horseradish sauce, whisk together Boursin cheese, water, and creamed horseradish in a mixing bowl until smooth.
