  • 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup (56g) light brown sugar, packed (for topping)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • sprinkle of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy whipping cream, cold (for whipped cream)
  • 1/4 cup (29g) powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for whipped cream)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (for whipped cream)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and flour, then mix in eggs one at a time. Pour over crust.
  4. Toss chopped apples with brown sugar and spices; layer on top of cheesecake filling.
  5. Bake for about 50 minutes until set; cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  6. Serve topped with whipped cream and extra caramel drizzle.
