- 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding (3.3 oz each)

Instructions
- Crush two-thirds of the Oreos into fine crumbs and layer them at the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
- In a bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar, then fold in Cool Whip.
