Ingredients
- 3 lbs Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Cup Catalina Salad Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Peach Preserves
- 1 Packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp Cold Water
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together Catalina Salad Dressing, peach preserves, Dry Onion Soup Mix, and pepper.
- Place boneless chicken breasts in a 6-quart crock pot and pour the sauce over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-2.5 hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- To thicken the sauce, mix cornstarch with cold water and stir into the crock pot during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve over rice or your favorite sides.
