Ingredients

  • 4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large halved)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Optional: 1 cup chopped spinach

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, lower heat and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add cream, stirring continuously.
  4. Mix in Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese until smooth. If using spinach, stir it in and simmer until wilted.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer for another minute before serving.
