  • 4 strips bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (about 5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet (with some bacon grease), cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Crumble the bacon and slice the chicken into strips. Mix ranch seasoning with water.
  4. Spread mayo-sour cream mixture on the tortilla. Layer with ranch-coated chicken, cheeses, crumbled bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  5. Roll tightly and grill seam-side down in a skillet until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes each side).
