- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

- Add ground beef to the skillet and brown for 6–8 minutes; drain excess grease.
- Stir in tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and heavy cream; simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted; add cooked rigatoni and toss to coat with the sauce.
