  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic, herbs, red pepper flakes (if using), chicken broth, and lemon juice; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Slice the chicken and toss it with the cooked linguine and cowboy butter sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
