  • 1 serrano pepper (or 2 jalapeno peppers)

  • 6 garlic cloves
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Tomato paste
  • Sweet paprika
  • Hot paprika
  • Coarse salt
  • Cumin
  • Turmeric

Instructions

  2. Stir in spices and tomato paste, cooking for another 2–3 minutes.

  4. Season the fish with salt and place it gently into the pan. Cook on low flame for 20–25 minutes, spooning sauce over the fish halfway through.
