- 1/2 cup sugar (for cinnamon sugar topping)
- 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar (for cream cheese filling)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, egg, and vanilla, then mix until creamy.
- Spray a 9×13" baking pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture across the bottom.
- Unroll one can of dough onto waxed paper, press seams together, and place in the pan over the cinnamon layer.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
- Top with another layer of dough from the second can.
- Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until light brown and bubbly. Allow cooling before cutting into squares.
