- 2–3 tablespoons Ice water
- A pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar (optional)
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups Heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons Pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Instructions
