  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup pork rind crumbs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
