- ¾ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1¼ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
- 6–8 Biscoff cookies
- 2 Tablespoons cookie butter spread
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a greased 9” x 9” pan lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter and combine it with cookie butter, both sugars, eggs, and vanilla in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; then gently fold into the wet mixture.
- Stir in white chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown; let cool before slicing into squares.
