  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil or butter. Sauté beef strips until browned (5–7 minutes), then remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add chopped onions and minced garlic; sauté until translucent. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft.
  4. Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Lower heat to medium-low; stir in sour cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Return cooked beef to the skillet and mix gently until heated through.
  7. Serve over egg noodles.
