- 113ml buttermilk (room temperature)
- 1 egg (room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Glaze: 125g confectioners' sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a doughnut pan.

- In another bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add buttermilk, egg, vanilla extract, and nutmeg; whisk until combined.
