  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix apple slices with light brown sugar, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the apple mixture in the prepared baking dish.
