- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 slices cooked and crumbled bacon (or 6 tablespoons bacon bits)

Instructions
