  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Freshly ground pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp parsley (freshly chopped)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes and toss in a mixture of flour, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Once melted, add the coated chicken.
  3. Cook for about 5–7 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Move the chicken to one side of the skillet; add remaining butter and minced garlic to the empty side. Sauté until fragrant.
  5. Combine everything in the skillet, garnish with chopped parsley, and enjoy!
